In the twenty-first century we are increasingly bombarded with technology, and are each confronted with a choice on how we balance the digital world and the physical world every day. As the internet becomes more and more accessible and powerful, younger people are increasingly becoming more reliant upon tech, and detached from real life. Defined is a song about how the next generation is already struggling to develop outside of their digital bubble, about how social media skews perception of reality, and how AI degrades credibility and manipulates populations of people. Defined is my voice against all of these things wrapped into a musical format.
